New Years Renewal Ritual

Join me for a special New Years event that invites you to practice Sankalpa, "intention" setting. Find space to experience renewal by honoring what serves you, and release the energy that no longer does. We'll have an opening meditation, a Vin/Yin flow, and an opportunity to experience Fire Puja.

Join us for a special Sankalpa (“intention”) ceremony to release what no longer serves you and set a path for honoring what does.
We’ll begin with a New Years meditation centered on Sankalpa – in the Sanskrit language, San meaning “connection with the highest truth” and Kalpa representing a “vow” to self.
Create space to honor these intention(s) and invite yourself to flow through a beautiful VIN/YIN yoga class that invites activation and alignment of breath and movement, followed up by slow and meditative movement that focuses on your body’s deep connective tissues to find release.
You’ll also have space at the end of class to practice Fire Puja, the practice of releasing negative energy by burning away what no longer serves you.
