Daily Yoga + Embodiment

Dharmic Reflection + Breathwork Every Morning
-
2 Yoga Classes Each Day, an invigorating vinyasa in the morning & a Yin/Restorative Class in the evening.
​
We'll wake up together and begin each day with sunrise and stillness. It's an opportunity to journal and reflect (each day will focus on a dharmic reflection centered around self).
​
Afterwards, we'll unroll our mats and hit the sand (or indoors, depending on weather) to move through an empowering vinyasa practice that offers breathwork, alignment, and strength-building to connect with our prana, or life force.
Mental Health Workshops
We'll have a daily mental health workshop that invites you to connect deeper to self. This will be a daily 45min - 1hr practice that will provide you with essential tools for self-regulation.

To note, your emotional needs may differ from others, but these workshops will give you an opportunity to sit with parts of yourself that are needing comfort and connection.

If any practice or workshop feels uncomfortable in any way, you can feel free to share with me, or take time to sit with yourself during that time.

Ex. One workshop will focus on "Attuning to Your Inner Child"

Personalized Care
When you register for BEACHSIDE BECOMING, your registration form will include questions about meal options that adhere to your diet preferences.
​
My partner, Bradley Green (RDN, LD, CD) is a registered dietitian. Brad will be designing and coordinating with you meal options that are nourishing and wholesome.
​
The retreat includes 3 Meals/ Day:

A delicious breakfast (fruit platters included)

A packed lunch that we'll enjoy together after our ​beachside yoga practice.

A hearty dinner, with an included salad bar option.

All meals include dietary accommodations: Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan Options
Embracing Connection
This retreat is designed to offer resources and tools that help you connect deeper to self. Part of a healthy secure attachment is understanding the needs that shape your sense of self.

Each of the practices that are included in the retreat package provide you space to sit in stillness with self. . . but, there are also opportunities to connect, meet new people, and shape new experiences.
​
To embrace connection, we'll end each day with an opportunity to share and connect with others about your experience through the day. It's your chance to share insight, feedback, and settle into the evening.
​
We'll move through a gentle Yin/Restorative yoga practice prior to dinner. It's a chance to unwind, settle into self, and prepare your body for nourishment.

A cozy, calming shared space with two plush queen beds, perfect for friends or solo travelers open to connection. Soft lighting, warm textures, and plenty of room to unwind between sessions create a restful, grounding retreat home.

King Haven Suite

A spacious, serene escape featuring a luxurious king bed and elevated comfort touches. Ideal for those craving extra privacy and a little indulgence, this suite offers a peaceful place to settle, soften, and restore deeply.

Shared Nest
Bunkbed Spaces (shared room): 2 bottom bunks (Full Size) & 2 top bunks (Twin Size)
A bright, welcoming shared room with two sturdy bunk beds designed for community‑minded participants. Lighthearted, cozy, and perfect for those who enjoy connection, late‑night giggles, and a shared retreat getaway.
