We’ll begin by building energy and strength through a flow of sun sals and warrior dances, and end class with a steady flow that invites you to challenge yourself and find ease in deep stretch poses. A Vin/Yin class will integrate active movement to build some heat at the beginning portion of class, followed by a great deal of deep stretch to activate the muscles and find ease as you challenge your mind and body -- find your own edge as you invite softness and ease of mind before coming into your final resting posture.
YOUR YOGA EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
- Entry into the 60 min. yoga class
- One glass pour or non-alcoholic beverage
- Special gift as a token of my gratitude
- Social Hour following class
